This is the worst hilton brand I have ever been to treated me and my team like we was trash didn’t give us our room which is booked by a billion dollar company Medline ind. left in the lobby for 4 hrs when I room was already paid for after a 8 hrs trip by plane and the manager over home2 west is super sorry not available when there is a major problem is unreal . Someone need to be fired asap

Pool was closed for repair

Pretty average Home2 Suites. Room, breakfast and facilities were adequate and typical of Home2 Suites. I only picked this location to the proximity to my meeting place. Front desk agents were really nice to my coworker while she got her life together. There’s not much in this area for the average tourist. The building is next to a bunch of condos and there’s a gas station at the light. It is also conveniently right off of the I-70 ramp. This is my second stay at this hotel and the only negative both times is that there’s no overhead light in the bathroom. There’s only the side panel light framing the mirror and over the shower area which makes for a really dark bathroom. If you were staying longer having a full size fridge and dishwasher is a nice feature of Home2 Suites. Breakfast is typical of these hotels.

I had been here before and wasnt bad but this time, we arrived around 3:25 and check in is 3:00. Was told room was not ready had somebody go up to check it still was not ready about five other customers was standing in lobby waiting for rooms due to rooms not ready. said it would be about 30 minutes before my room would be available ( said i was going somewhere else) I order a suite ended up offering me just a single King at a reduced rate of $20 which was ridiculous also the the pool was closed, the room had a USB connector broken in the lamp, carpet big gaps in it where it's been peeled up and put back down improperly and stainless not cleaned. Upon leaving, not ask how the stay was, I had to ask for a receipt. And this is a Hilton? I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in Columbus.

It was an easy and quick stay. The staff is very attentive.
