Great rooms, nice staff, quality breakfast! Would recommend if you are in the area for a convention or business. Nice little gym too.

Our family has opted to stay at this location many times in the past. We actually had three total reservations in the upcoming months. We had a two-night stay scheduled for this weekend (January 24-25, 2026) to attend our daughter's volleyball tournament. However due to the impending snowstorm hitting the Columbus area, we decided not to attend. I contacted the hotel to ask for a partial refund or credit due to the weather and it was denied by the hotel manager. Other hotels in the area granted full and partial refunds due the storm but this hotel refused. We will no longer be staying at this location.

Nice staff easy check in and aminities were great

It was very clean and updated and the safety features were a huge perk! Front desk workers were always sweet and kind as well but Shelia (I think was her name) checked us in and answered every weird or random question I had.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there wasn’t free WiFi. Normally nice hotels like this one would have free WiFi, and having four kids that is not the most important thing but very helpful keeping them occupied with free time.
