Everything, however the staff were the outstanding part. So friendly and helpful. We booked last minute after being let down by another place... and they say what passes you.... is not meant for you... and in this case, it was so true. Cost was more, however, we are happy we ended up staying here. Shall certainly book here again & again.

"It was a cold miserable experience. Won’t be going back ever again"

The place was ok. Pool was good

Only one blanket between 2 bedrooms. Pool was freezing and same with the jacuzzi. It had plenty of bubbles and no warm water. Switch for the bubbles were confusing. The apartment was cold and had a small heater. There was no view from 10th floor. Had to go around the block in the cold to get the keys. Same with taking them back. The shower drain wouldn’t drain quickly. Had to get staff in to mop it. No room service and not enough towels for showering for 5 days. Had to constantly use wet dirty towels over and over. Otherwise they charged you for towels

El apartamento se anuncia para 3 personas, pero en realidad solo es apto para 2. El sofá cama estaba roto, no se podía armar y el colchón era tan incómodo que resultaba imposible dormir en él. Muy decepcionante, ya que no cumple con lo prometido en la descripción.
