Parking is not easy to find around the area

The pool and location was good

Not clean Housekeeping wasn't always available Had a weird smell in the lobby Wash and dry machine - dry mode didnt work

We love flagstaff and the rooms are so nice and clean !

We were placed in a room that looked out into the courtyard for the residents of the building and had dogs crying being locked out on the balcony and the room was so dark due to being faced into the court yard that no natural light comes in! There was no view what so ever and compared to our last stay! I would definitely upgrade room size next time and check whether I’d be placed in the courtyard again ! Other than the location of the room the rest was brilliant

We like the facilities, it has everything you need in an apartment. We love the pool as well.

We had to wait for atleast 1 hr to checkin because the room wasn’t ready yet even though we arrived at 3:30pm. We weren’t given the remote to the car park during our entire stay. :(

Comfortable, modern, good service by staff

Washer/dryer combo is useless, no good for drying clothes. Only one single towel rack for all towels, small tv area.

Location fantastic close to trains shops walking distance

Check in wasn't the smoothest

The location was excellent as we were partially overlooking Flagstaff Park , the beds were very comfortable. The building had pool and gym facilities.

The oven was difficult to get working, even after we called for assistance. As staff managing this property are not based on site, it took the staff member 45 minutes to come and assist. He was able to power the oven but didn't show how to turn the heat on to cook. The washing machine was a washer dryer and left the clothes extremely wet. It was also a bit dirty, so I gave it a drum clean. The toilet paper should be Quilton but disappointingly was not of good quality. The check-in is around the corner in a different building but wasn't an issue as the weather was mostly good. The lady at check-in offered to upgrade us to a 2 bed 2 bath property for $30 extra a night. I declined but when we got to the apartment, it was 2 bed 2 bath anyways, so it made me wonder if that was all they had left and she was trying to make an extra $120 or if she kindly upgraded us and didn't mention it.
