Comfort Suites Tulsa Central

Nothing unique about it was the energy of how I felt when I walked in.

The bed and shower were comfortable. The pool and spa were working good. Staff friendly. Only complaint was that the surrounding area was a bit rundown.

Quick checkin. Quiet place and professional staff.

The pictured rooms and the outside do not accurately present this hotel and the pool area is RUN DOWN and the picture of the pool area is not even of this location pool is crumbling apart the room upon checking in was not clean even after checking in and telling them the room wasn't clean they assured me that when I got back from going out w my family it would be cleaned I came back and the floors were still dirty still had trash under the nightstands it was ridiculous and then EVERYTIME I left and returned I had to ha e my room key redone and could only get one key to work at a time and it only worked one time then had to go to the desk and have it rekeyed EVERYTIME it was not a good experience for me and my family I had expected a hotel not a motel

Check in was easy and smooth

It was a nice little trip. They could offer better pillows in thier rooms and the pool and hot tub had mayɓe had to much chlorìne in it thats whÿ i only stayed in thier for a short time

Air didn’t work. Hot overall both nights. Wasn’t offered a fan.

This property was sketchy, parking lot, lobby and full grounds were scary at night with questionable people present at all hours. Check in was also bizarre, requiring $100 cash deposit at check in which was returned after someone came ad inspected the room in the morning. That was a first for us. The furniture, carpet and bedding in the room were all very old and worn, in desperate need of a refresh. Overall, felt a lot like we booked an hourly motel based on the service and the questionable atmosphere. On the plus side, my car didn’t get broken into, which was a real surprise to all of us in the morning, lol. We chose this hotel bc it had good reviews, and tbh I’m completely unsure how that was possible.

I liked he convince of the location and the free breakfast option, We had plenty of towels and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The 3rd floor hallway was hot. We figured it was due to the ice machine exhaust at the end of the hallway. The bath mat and sheets had holes in them. The pillows were smaller than standard size (but there were 5 of them). The ceiling had bad repairs. There was a musty smell in the room. We had to unplug and plug in the cable box to get it to work. The clock radio time was way off. The staff were okay, not friendly, but answered our questions. There were some sketchy people outside by the trees. It was outdated.
