Comfort Suites Tulsa Central

The pros: front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were SUPERB. The room was nice and cold, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The cons: Pool area is very dingy and small (a group of 6+ people came in and that made it VERY crowded). We got down to breakfast at 8 and it was very picked over (6:30-9). There are too many tables for the small dining area and if it’s crowded, it’s very hard to navigate. The hallway on the 3rd floor was HOT and stuffy. Overall, the hotel just needs a fresh facelift in general. Beware of the area of town, it’s not a “walk down to the restaurant” site (even though there are restaurants very close); just a bit on the rough side.

They were very friendly

The hotel was in a great location and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The food was bland but it is understandable. The front door needs fixing, you want to wait a couple of seconds before it opens. My TV did not work. I went to the front desk they said to point it towards a box on the wall and it should come on. I did that but nothing. I didn't feel like going back down to the front desk so I just didn't watch TV. I would go back to this hotel. Other than the TV, there are no complaints.

The staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Room key card reader was about to fall off, no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch and barely got one to use for it. The property did not feel safe to be at.

Long list noise in room. Stupid layout for tv remote.

The stay overall was good. We stayed two nights. The key cards kept deactivating. When they were activated, they barely work in the slot. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The woman working the night shift on 05/02 was extremely rude. Everyone else was kind and helpful. You get what you pay for.

Hotel smells, sheets smell, rooms smell. Does not feel clean. Sheets had holes. A little outdated so looks dirty. Disruptive homeless ppl living on the side of the building, looking to rob ppl. Cops were there a few times. A lot of random ppl roaming the halls I don’t believe were guest. Staff not to knowledgeable of what’s going on. Pool is nothing to get excited about, it’s full of kids with no parents. Un supervised. Single person this hotel might get ya by. A family absolutely not. A cheap stay you get what you pay for next time I’ll pay the extra bucks!
