Location right across from the Toyota area, coffee avaliable throughout the day (I loved that), spacious rooms,rooms were also very clean and smelled good. Resturant on sight we didnt get to try but I like that they have one. Loved that our room had a full fridge, stove, dishes, and i think a microwave

Furniture in the lobby could use some cleaning I didnt feel comfortable sitting on it due to many stains. Floor in our room was wet when we arrived but they said that it was because they cleaned the carpet. We can't confirm or deny that but eventually it dried but it was uncomfortable the first night there due to wet floor.

The location was amazing. The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Celeste at the front desk was a huge part of the atmosphere and the value. She was kind and very accommodating. My daughters and I flew in for Mother’s Day at Disneyland, we were early for check in but Celeste took our bags, offered us some water and left a note for the oncoming shift that we would be back late. When we arrived after midnight the night shift was ready for us and even knew who we were. That made us feel so welcomed. Thank you Celeste for making the difference in our stay.

They need more handicap parking close to back entrance they a lot of car pool parking

I’m on the road weekly for work, and when you’re traveling that much, you just want a place that feels like home. I’ve been using the Element Ontario as my home base all year, and it’s been a lifesaver. The extended-stay setup is perfect—I love having the choice to grab groceries for my room or just eat downstairs if I’ve had a long day. The real standout is the service. No room is ever perfect, but the front desk team—Celeste, Jada, Mabel, Jessica, and Tasha—are all fantastic. They’ve helped me fix those "not quite right" details every single time. Having a team that cares makes a huge difference when you're living out of a suitcase.
