I've been staying at Element Ontario on business for three weeks now and I have to say they have amazing customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and constantly asking if everything with my stay has been good. I has been a positive experience and I will certainly return.

Great customer service! Very clean and spacious rooms for me and my family. I would 1000% stay here again. Breakfast was also very good. All staff from the awesome ladies who checked us in and out, to the ladies at the breakfast counters and the man fixing and cleaning the elevators and lobby. Everyone greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. It was a great experience.

Location was perfect, it was near shopping mall, target, food,etc.. I always enjoyed my stay their every time. The staff are nice and very friendly. Happy Hour is also excellent! The atmosphere, the rooms are perfect and spacious

Although the hotel was unable to accommodate me due to high occupancy, Reann went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She assisted me through the entire process of securing a comparable room at a nearby hotel and even offered help with transportation, which made a stressful situation much easier. I’d also like to recognize the front desk clerk working the night I arrived. Even while managing a long line of guests, she took the time to call multiple hotels on my behalf to find me a room in what was clearly a sold-out city. Her dedication and effort did not go unnoticed. Overall, I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service. Thank you to Reann and the front desk team for going the extra mile!
