"Terrible except for the staff and the room was comfortable and clean."

Location to family was good. Manteno is a nice town.

The pool, the elevator and the computer were all out of order for the entire stay. The pool and computer were out the entire week and the elevator was out 5 days and still not fixed when we left. Ridiculous. We are 73 years old and were staying on the third floor.

Location and breakfast were great.

Pool was closed (broken). Also, hotel was filled with Baseball kids and families. Very LOUD and everywhere. Large groups drinking alcohol in the parking lot, when we returned from my granddaughters dancing recital.

Pool was broken, no advertisement of that or compensation for it. Water pressure was awful. Elevator was broken and had an expired inspection. Hotel common areas were humid and damp feeling. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
