Quiet, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, great views and helpful staff.

Atmosphere (in general and in dining room) lacking. Poor choice of fresh breakfast cereals/fruit - but plenty of cooked options if you prefer that.

All the staff were polite and attentive. The room and en suite were very comfortable and on trend. Food was wonderful. Open fire in the evening. Cosy.

Really nice hotel; great location; very helpful staff and an excellent restaurant for evening meal.

Very expensive. Not many hotel staff available, especially at breakfast (only one, very busy, person - very helpful/friendly though).

Situated in a beautiful location with a large comfortable room over looking the loch. Excellent staff, Donald, Darcy, Sinclair and Dee all went the extra mile and Janet was very welcoming and professional .

Spacious hotel with large rooms and good bathrooms. Well situated

Really not the luxury you might expect at that price. The decor is seriously dated. Service was slow and it took several requests to get simple things like bread and water for the table. I was left for 15 minutes without the necessary implements to eat the langoustine, although they were very good (locally caught). For over £300 per person per night, which is London pricing, you expect more
