"Exceptional"

Staff greeted you on arrival and helped with baggage. Staff good and helpful. Room large and comfortable. Food very good. Lovely stay would recommend it.

"Lovely location, fab views & very comfortable!"

Location, comfort, staff & overall experience. We had a minor blip on the booking but Janet the manager admirably & professionally sorted it out for us! She was excellent & could also offer great advice on the area & so helpful! Donald & Darcy on reception & the bar provided great customer service too!

Perhaps a wee bit pricey but in saying that you do get what you pay for..

Amazingly friendly staff very good food and really comfortable bed!

Slow service at table but obviously early season and short staffed but really friendly and helpful team. On my downside was burned toast at breakfast!🤣

"Very Good. And Not Just The Views."

Stunning location. Breathtaking view of Lochinver. Comfortable and cosy inside. Nice room. Excellent bedding, pillows etc. Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent dinner. Not just for the superb view from the dining room. Really good food. Decent breakfast. Spacious car park.

This must have been said many times before… the outside of the building could be SO much more attractive. And impressive for when you arrive. It’s really quite drab. And in spite of being comfortable and cosy inside, the inside could do with some sprucing up too.

All staff were friendly but some didn’t seem to be very well trained.

Food and meal service were pretty average for what is purported to be a higher end hotel. At over £300 GBP per room, you left feeling you were not getting good value for money.

"Comfy stay with fab views"

Great location. Amazing views especially from the dining room. Cozy fire. Parts of the hotel looked like they had been recently refurbished including the bathroom in our room. When we arrived it had a slightly creepy air but that was soon dispelled by the really small but helpful team of waitress and chef. Langoustines were cooked to perfection and highly recommended.

A lot of the furniture could do with an upgrade. TV didn’t connect to online services. Chairs facing tv rather than the sea view seemed strange in a “sea view” room.
