Carpets dirty. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Only 2 hangers. Shower curtain in correct size- did not close.

"Problematic "

The facility is run-down and needs a refresh. Our room was beat up. There were stains on the bedding, dents on the walls, and scuffs in the bathroom sink. We found a muffin underneath the bedside table. The breakfast was mediocre and food items were not replenished. The staff was indifferent. The gardeners started loudly working at 7 am, which woke us up.
