Imenso barulho vindo do andar de cima. A construção é antiga com soalho de madeira no qual faz imenso barulho quando os vizinhos caminham. Ouve-se tudo e incomoda imenso. Comando de TV para alteração de canais não existia, o que não permitiu ver TV e ter um pouco de descanso na sala.

L'emplacement

Nous sommes partie en.famille : ma femme enceinte de 6mois, enfants de 4 et 9 ans, ma mère ( âgée). Le logement est invivable !!!! Il n'est pas insonorisé et les nuits sont impossible !! C'est un enfer, nous avons du changer de logement en cour de voyage afin de pouvoir dormir ! J'ai contacté plusieurs fois Le propriétaire et aucunes remise n'a ete faite malgré que nous ayons décidé de partir du logement avant la date de fin prévu ! Aucune considération ! Les voisins du dessus étais 4 copains qui rentraient à 1h du matin et continuais la fête chez eux, jusqu'à 3h Impossible de dormir. Ne venez pas dans ce logement si vous voulez visité Lisbonne la journée et rentrer vous reposer. C'est pas possible . J'espère que des travaux pour insonorisé les logements vont.etre fait

El calentador. Estaba roto, tuvimos que avisar a los caseros para que nos dieran una solución. Nos dijeron que estaba arreglado y es verdad que salía el agua caliente pero si cortabas el agua se volvía a ir.

The location is quite central and the patio terrace of the house is very nice.

The heater shuts off after one shower. It is a bit difficult with a group of 6 to take a shower without the warm water to finish. The warm water did not last for more than a minute. We even contacted the structure and, after they check, they confirmed everything works well (?!), still without being able to take more than 1 shower within 30 minutes. Plan it properly if you are a big group. Also, I thought the other clients were exaggerating about the noise from the apartment upstairs but it is indeed a nightmare, you hear every single noise they do. Quite disturbing!

The apartment is close to the city center and you can walk esily from there.

When you approach the apartment, you can see a lot of smelly garbage on the street. The apartment itself is very wet, so the towels and linen are also wet and smelly after a few days. It seemed that the apartment had not been used for a long time before our arrival and also no one had cleaned it before. There was a lot of dust on the floor, dirt on the fridge and in the bathroom. The water heater only worked sometimes, so we often had only a cold shower. Together with the dirt and dampness, it was not pleasant.

The location was great as well as the spacious apartment. It was really clean

The neighbours upstairs were making noise all night, moving chairs and constantly being disruptive. It was unbearable

Property was clean and everything was organized. Rooms are pretty big and a nice small patio on the back.

The 2 fans available weren’t enough for the heat. There’s a nice breeze at night but the front windows have no screen or any kind of protection in order to keep the windows open:
