Hotel Illa D'Or

I spent a few days here with my family, and everything was spectacular—both the service and the stay. Many thanks to all the staff!

We stayed at Hotel Illa d’Or in September and honestly, everything was just perfect. The location is unbeatable, right by the water, super peaceful, and only a short walk to the center. The views are incredible, especially at sunset! Our room was spotless, comfy, and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (and great coffee too). We also loved the pool area and the vibe in general, relaxing but classy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Mallorca. We’ll 100% be back! ❤️

Had a wonderful stay here in early October. It’s a beautiful hotel, newly renovated and in the most envious of locations on the pine walk with its own beach and a restaurant terrace on the shore. Special mention to Monica who helped coordinate our big group for dining. Unfortunately there was a huge storm when we were there but this didn’t dampen our fun. The spa and sauna came into their own then. Also explored nearby Pollenca town which is charming. We will be back.

We had a wonderful holiday at Illa D’Or. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem. We lost a precious toy dog in a taxi and the hotel helped us reunite it with its owner. The food was super as was the service. Drinks at sunset on the pinewalk were a highlight. We loved the hotel so much we found it hard to leave and ate at the restaurant most evenings. The rooms are small but perfectly formed. Santi couldn’t have been more helpful with all our luggage as we weren’t traveling light!

We had an incredible experience at this place — the views were marvellous, and so was the food. My mother, who has mobility issues, had some inconveniences, but the reception staff solved them very quickly. I am very grateful with them and the whole crew! Definitely I’ll be back!

A stunning hotel with unbeatable style. We loved the breakfast, wich was our favourite part of our three night gatear. We must mention the brilliant hotel staff, who couldn't do enough for anything.

As a cyclist, I came here to relax and enjoy the mountains, and it has been an amazing experience! I rode all the way to Cap de Formentor ! Such an incredible route with breathtaking views. The hotel was perfect for my stay .I loved how clean everything was, the location couldn’t be better, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!

Our second visit this year, back to one of those places that seem like a second home. From the moment of arrival and the familiar greetings from the wonderful staff to the moment of departure and the anticipation of return in 2026, we had the expected relaxing wonderful break.

This hotel has everthing we needed for a lovely relaxing week. Beautiful hotel, great situation, amazing breakfast & the staff were great. So helpful & charming. Special mention for Andrea. Thank you for making our needed break so lovely.😘

Stayed here over a long weekend for a reunion. The hotel looks the best in the Pollenca, right on seafront walkway with small beach adjacent. Lovely views. There are also apartments across the street with a bigger pool and daybeds that you can use as the pool at the seafront is small and kind of walled in. Hotel has been newly refurbed, spotless, with fantastic friendly staff. Thankfully there were only a few real-estate-reserving towel types in residence so plenty of loungers available for guests coming and going at the seafront. I had a single room with single bed with a small balcony. It did the job, but overall our group felt the rooms were on the small side. Service and food were excellent. Some friends missed having a balcony so would book these over a sea view with no balcony. Age profile bit older with lots of over-wintering retirees but only about 15 min to seafront bars and restaurants along the seawalk. It may just be the time of year. Great choice for an upscale Mallorca experience!
