"Disappointed"

Checkin was easy.

Nothing.

The 1st room they put me in - it smelled & didn’t have toiletries. I asked for toiletries at the desk & was told only certain rooms had them. So they moved me to another room on another floor. The bathroom sink wasn’t clean & the floor needed to be vacuumed.

"We enjoyed our stay."

The hotel was clean and neat. The lobby was very nice, clean and smelled very nice as well. I don't like to walk into a hotel and you smell the pool. That didn't happen at this establishment. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Having a restaurant right next door is very convenient as well..

Well when I booked the hotel I didn't realize what Microtel meant. I have never stayed at a Microtel before. That being said I was kind of surprised at the size of the room. Then I put two and two together and said my fault. It was a small room but it was clean and neat. I will say that maybe keep up on the scratches guests make on the walls and furniture to make the room look even more well maintained.
