Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

The staff was pleasant, facility clean, breakfast was ok.

the mattress was uncomfortable.

Front desk lady was very pleasant.

Was not very clean and the elevator and room had strong chemical smell.

Breakfast sucked apples were not organic. Bananas were green! Not enough selection of cereals. No granola bars! Blueberry muffins were measly. Robin was very helpful she was the lady at the desk. The room was clean. But it was just so small. And the lights were too bright over the bed. And hardly any room in between the bed and the wall. For $100 room there should have been more room. I mean I've been in huge rooms for half the price. With twice the space. That should have been a $50 in that room!

The bed was lumpy and it was not a queen size bed. Even though they said it was! Because I have a queen size bed!

Need more protein and fruit

The IHop next door created loud noises all night, horn honking, loud people, cars flooring it up the highway. Assume dumpster pickup 4:15 AM, again possibly next door. Rooms needed painting as paint spots all over the walls chipped off. A big fur ball stuck on the carpet against the wall. Carpets needed cleaning.

It was ok

House keeping kept coming to the room

Price, cleanliness, staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed, need a little more in the breakfast selection.

Clean and good location. Room was smaller but we were only there over night. There was a small breakfast option in the morning

Guy at the front desk was pretty rude with us as we booked thru Booking.com for a better rate. Had to get customer service to call him since there was an issue with our reservation

Robyn the front desk lady was very polite and helpful. My room was comfortable, and very clean

It snowed while I was there. The pathway out the front door was very slippery. More attention needed to clear up the snow!!¡!
