Hotel New Century

位置優越，房間性價比高。

酒店分兩座，一座有前台職員，另一座完全冇人看管，非住客也能出入自如。其中一間溫泉設在無人看管那座的 G/F, 隨時可以有街外人直接走進溫泉間，保安問題令人擔憂。

staff is helpful and nice. The view is good.

Amazing view, amazing food (make sure to book dinner and breakfast), beautiful and spacious room, available pickup from train station, and I appreciated the kind staff who also were very responsive in the chat! (Some people wrote the floor bed was not comfortable, to me it was perfect). The onsen was empty when I visited so I was alone with the nice view. Make sure to wake up early before the clouds appear so you see Fuji.

Not an issue but small recommendation: It would be nice if the staff explains how to eat the dishes, it was my first time eating Japanese and I was very confused which dish goes with what (from the 10 little plates). This being said it was delicious!

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Eles inclusive guardaram a nossa bagagem e encaminharam para a estação de Kawaguchiko depois, para nós explorarmos melhor a zona até à tarde do check out. O pequeno-almoço foi espectacular e o jantar (que optámos por incluir) estavam divinas e com doses generosas. Tivemos sorte em aproveitar um dos pontos fortes desta estadia, que foi a vista impressionante sobre o lago e o monte Fuji. Recomendo e gostaria de repetir a experiência.

Para quem tenha mais de 1,85m, as portas do quarto eram baixas, por isso há que ter atenção.

La vue était juste extraordinaire, et les onsens étaient super avec très peu de monde. Les repas étaient traditionnels et sophistiqués. Le personnel est très serviable.

Les couloirs et ascenseurs sont à rénover. Malheureusement il y a eu plusieurs erreurs concernant mes allergies alimentaires ce qui est très dommage car c’est la seule fois que ça m’est arrivé au Japon, j’ai dû le rappeler à chaque repas et renvoyer des plats car il y avait mes allergènes. C’est une chose à améliorer car ça peut être vraiment très dangereux.

Beautiful room, locations, view, and amazing onsen experience. There are actually 2 onsens in this hotel and both offer amazing views of Fuji while you relax and bathe. Staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our reservation came with breakfast and we wish we had done dinner as well because it was so delicious!! We stayed 2 nights in a Japanese style room. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

The view…spectacular…likely the highlight of our trip having such a perfect view from our room! the amazing kind helpful team that worked there. They were all so friendly and warm and so willing to help in any way to make our trip special. The driver, the front desk team, the staff for the meals were all wonderful. The onsen! I wasn’t sure about it but had such a lovely time trying both - both times I was fully alone there…it was very peaceful and relaxing. The meals were an experience too…there were so many dishes to try so many things we’d never seen or tried before. All in all this hotel experience was 5 star, thank you for all your warmth and hospitality

Nothing it was a perfect place to stay in kawaguchiko.
