The view, the hospitality and the onsen is niceeee

The room has a bit smell which is from the old furniture I think but overall is good

一開窗可以看到河口湖跟富士山超讚！！ 坐在窗邊可以邊曬太陽邊看景，超級喜歡！！！！！ 員工人很好，還有接駁車服務，餐也好吃，很喜歡❤️

Las vistas desde la habitación y el onsen,comida deliciosa.

Las habitaciones no tienen calefacion como la conocemos en Europa.Tienen una maquina portátil.Un poco complicada de usar en japones y para mí con poco calor.

We had an unbelievable view from our room, with Mt. Fuji across the lake right in front of us. It was incredible to wake up to and the favourite part of my whole trip. I also loved the room itself – we had a Japanese style tatami room and it was extremely spacious and beautifully done up, and lovely to experience overall. The futon was very comfortable to sleep on and the bathroom was big. The staff at the property were very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. On the day we arrived, our train was delayed so we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station a little past the last shuttle bus time but they still picked us up after we messaged them on Booking.com, even driving us to Lawson so we could buy dinner. The traditional hotel breakfast was delicious and a joy to eat each morning. We especially loved the apple juice! They also accommodated the fact that one of us doesn’t eat seafood. The serving ladies were also very nice.

Staff service and friendliness 100%, perfect location, japanese room with dream fuji views, relaxing onsen and authentic japanese breakfast - would highly recommend.

Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten den Shuttlebus immer super nutzen und zuverlässig.
