Clean Wonderful bed Great location in small lake community

The tub shower was dangerously slippery No grab bars USB ports in lamps and wall did not work Concerns were shared and pretty sure they’ll be addressed!!

Small breakfast, warm rooms

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a nice pool and whirlpool. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, bread for toast, 4 kinds of juices and 2 hot entrees (sausage and eggs). Waffle maker was a nice feature. Room included minifridge and microwave. Bathroom included a tub as well as a shower.

The blind in my room did not pull down. I had to put towels over the window to block out the light. My room was not cleaned, but the towels were removed from the window when I was not in the room, which I thought was strange. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait quite a while for the receptionist who was talking on the phone, apparently to his boss. He apologized, but it seemed like a long time to wait.

It was modern and clean. Breakfast was decent.

The sound proofing is atrocious! There was a group of people slamming their doors and yelling out in the hallways. We could hear them yelling out in the parking lot at 3am! We could even hear doors closing further down the hall. We barely got any sleep the 2 nights we were there.
