so very clean and comfortable staff was very nice

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in Eagle River. We loved the location of the hotel. It was very clean, breakfast was just OK. Make sure if you stay here that you do not get a room next to the employee room on the 1st floor...very noisy in the morning. Also, the weekend we stayed there were alot of slamming doors in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and thanked us for our stay. We would stay here again but definitely would make sure we got a room on the 2nd floor. Very close to downtown area so you can walk from the hotel.

Had to ask for sheets/blankets/pillows for sofa bed. Then I ended up making it up myself.

Requested ground floor which was not communicated to front desk even tho we requested when we made reservation and when we did on line checkin. Kunjan Boss was very apologetic and helped us bring baggage to 2nd floor as we are both handicapped. He felt very bad about it but because the hotel was full could do nothing for us. TV did not work so he came to room and fixed for us. He was very pleasant and did his very best for us. He deserves a raise as we felt he went above and beyond to help us as best he could. Room was very clean and comfortable. And great location to activities. Please give Kunjan a raise…he is a very valuable employee for you at your hotel.

Very clean good breakfast room was nice and comfortable

This is the second year in a row that the staff charged my card when I’d already prepaid through booking.com Then to cause insult to injury, the staff named Jean was very crabby and not helpful until I finally called the manager on the phone to intervene. I’m still waiting for my refund of my overcharge.

Great location in Eagle River..very comfortable beds and rooms have been updated very nicely. Only complaint is no elevator so requested first floor room on reservation and on online check in as we both use canes and front desk checkin had no idea of those request so very poor communication to person actually assigning the rooms. Luckily the desk person helped us with luggage to second floor. Best advice is if you have any special requests be sure to call the hotel several times days before and several times to assure someone is aware. Was difficult for us to navigate stairs!
