Capri Laguna on the Beach - A Boutique Hotel

Property is old but on purpose. It hasn’t been updated to be a rectangle box with a parking lot and no originality. We loved the way the rooms are designed and oriented to be able to walk outside through the complex on paths, directly to and from the beach.

If the landscaping and water works/fountains were in better working condition it would’ve added that much more to our experience.

This hotel is perfectly located in front of the beach. The atmosphere reminds me of Greece. Very serene and relaxing. Rooms are a bit antiquated; they do not have an air conditioner on the wall; they have floor units. The value is a bit overpriced but worth it. The hotel is immaculate. Every corner of the hotel is meticulously cleaned. The Noise level is fantastic; you can hardly hear any outside noises. The service was exceptional. Esmeralda was exceptional; she even speaks Spanish. She was very customer-oriented and had a great personality and a great smile. The only thing I did not like was that they only allowed 1 vehicle per reservation, even though the hotel had many empty spaces. The great thing was that Laguna Beach is a very small and cozy city, so if needed you can park in the neighborhood.

A lovely hotel perched on the side of a cliff. It’s great for watching sunsets and an easy walk to nearby restaurants.

Our room didn’t have any windows and after paying more to stay one night in an ocean view room it was a little disappointing.

Gorgeous beach views, room was spacious, very friendly staff and appreciated complimentary breakfast!

Some areas of the room/property were a bit run down, noticed there was also a large gap between the front door to the room and top of the door frame. Deck view room was perfect with a great partial ocean view, but slightly pricy

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und dadurch direkten Meerblick bekommen. Zudem haben wir Frühstück einfach dazukommen. Wir haben Blumen bekommen mit einer Begrüßung Nachricht. Der Eigentümer war super nett und hat sich gerne mit uns unterhalten. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer. Wir haben fast jeden Tag Delfine gesehen das war unglaublich.
