Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER

The fact that i had to pay for A/C was bad news. I have never been charged just to stay cool. I feel its price gouging. To top it of the property changed for electricity as well. I will not be going back nor will i refer anyone.

Condo was very spacious, with some ocean view from each of the main rooms. Carpet needed cleaning.

Cleaning fee was extremely high Condo was dated and needing repairs

A fair amount of stairs encountered at the end of a travel day was unexpected. Some beach supplies (chairs, shade tent) were unexpectedly available for use, could be isolated to the specific condo we were in.

We loved our stay here. The condo had all the beach gear and view from the balcony was outstanding.

Great stay at this condo complex. It was very quiet and our unit was spacious. There were many older people there so my kids had to really try to keep it down while playing in the pools. Best suited for adults it seems.

The location was decent. It is an older condo but everything was in working order.

The condo had a wonderful ocean view from the deck. The parking space was about 30 feet away from the door. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the rooms were large. The decor was somewhat dated, the area seemed very secure with a gated entrance. The pool was very nice, steps from our door and there was a little walk along the ocean just beyond the pool. Loved the sound of the surf.

Carpet part of the house and rugs are dirty, none of clocks were working except outside one. We did not damage anything but they charged damage protection, they used all the deposit they said it will be refunded.
