Nice little rooms affordable and clean and nice pool

my recent booking made through Booking.com at Laurel Inn, room 401, under confirmation number 6885728515. My stay was scheduled from July 11 to July 13, 2025, for two guests. Before making the reservation, I selected room 401 specifically because the listing—both in photos and descriptions—indicated the presence of a Jacuzzi bath, which justified the higher price compared to rooms with standard bathtubs. This amenity was important for my travel experience, and it influenced my decision to choose that property and pay the premium rate. Upon arrival, I faced several issues: The access code provided by Booking.com did not work, leaving me locked out of the room. I was informed that room 401 had been booked under someone else’s name, and my booking information was not found in their system. The Laurel Inn representative then directed me to Olde Gatlinburg Rentals, where I was told: Laurel Inn does not offer rooms with Jacuzzi baths. My booking had not been properly registered.

Location and the room was very nice!

I didn’t like being kept up or awakened in the middle of the night by upstairs neighbors.

Everything looked new. Bed slept well. Only negative thing was it was the first one we had stayed in that didn't have a balcony.

The place was nice - comfortable and convenient t. We could walk to the strip easily . Also liked the fact we could park next to the Condo .
