They are in the process of refurbishing the whole place which means the reception area, bar and general space is either closed or a temporary fix in place. They needed to do something to modernize the place as there are many new hotels now in the local area. Thankfully there is a good restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. Water pressure is poor so showers not great. Rooms are nicely done and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location for the airport and the industrial area around it.

Shuttle to the airport was great! Food for breakfast was varied and delicious. All was ok. Under renovations so it was a bit messy in hallways. The price was american standard. I stayed at a mexican hotel a few blocks away that was a third of the price and wonderful.

Margaritas not good. Needs improvement Hallway renovation hard to get around. It was just ok..

Location was great. The shuttle service was reliable to and from the airport. The room service food was good and speedy.

The hotel was under construction at the time I was there. The usual lounge was closed. I asked for bottled water with my room service and they said they didn't have any but would try and find some.

I was quite impressed by the friendliness/politeness during my check-in. Never came across someone so polite (outside Japan). The hotel has been under re-modelling since my last stay in April 2022. But the room was clean and quiet during my stay. The breakfast room was also opened.

It’s in great proximity to the airport and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

The property was under construction, the staff seemed slightly young and incompetent, and one of our 3 rooms was extremely dirty.
