Courtyard Monterrey Airport

The Hotel is old, and the breakfast is too simple for the price, and the worst situation was that never respected the price of my reservation

They give me only two towels and we were there people

Room was comfortable and clean No hot water in shower and very poor stream of water but since only staying one night did not have time to have them fix it Customer service was very good transportation to airport was great and on time

Just basic services available due to COVID restrictions. Considering this it was and OK stay

Ideal for short business trips. Older building with average facilities / equipment. The crews of e.g. Aero Mexico also stay there, because there is nothing better nearby. The price / performance ratio is ok.

Stayed here for one night and it was very nice. The staff was wonderful, room nice, shuttle to the airport, & great food next door. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Monterrey. Thank you Courtyard!!

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk and restaurant for breakfast. Delicious selections to choose from for breakfast buffet. Ask for the "green juice". It is delicious and healthy. Lots of close restaurants nearby within short walking distance.

This hotel has great service, especially if doing local business. Shuttle service is quick and convenient. Good food and drink in the hotel and also convenient to walk to a couple of nice places to eat. I haven’t compared to other hotels close by for service or quality, this was a bit higher in price, but service was amazing. Only downside I really found was some kind of upgrade in the room next door, but only had construction noise during the day, they had no way to know I was in the room during the day.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I got to my room and I found few big insects, I can provide pictures if required. They were all over the room and near the bed. I did not feel comfortable staying the two nights. I had no choice due to the nature of the trip and the location. I avoided staying in the room as much as possible and only went in to sleep. The stay was for two nights, and the first night I left the room I put the do not disturb sign. I took most of my belongings and only left a book on top of the night stand. By the end of the day I go back to my room to find the book is no longer there! Also the cleaner entered the room! Then next morning was my flight and was eager to leave this hotel as soon as possible. It was extremely disappointing and an uncomfortable stay. I go on a business trips in north america at least once a week and I typically stay at the Hampton inns. This is my first time in a while I go in a Marriott hotel chain and it was disappointing. I'm a Marriott member and am not sure if I would consider Marriott in the future after this experience.

The facility was very clean with friendly social times with some free beverages and snacks. The breakfast had a wide array of choices, room services was very good and reasonably priced, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The vans ran every 30 minutes. There was an excellent eating establishment physically located on the premises offering even more options. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
