Courtyard Monterrey Airport

The lobby was very nice, seemed renovated in the last several years. My room though was very outdated compared to the lobby. However, it was clean, safe and the shuttle to the airport was on time and easy to coordinate.

Great staff and clean rooms. Overall, a great stay.

I don't like the pool at all. It was dirty and is too small.

Close to airport. Staff spoke perfect English. They were willing to call taxi service. The room decor is a little outdated, good Air Conditioning and room was a great price and very close (walking distance) to Los Fresnos and other restaurants. Timely shuttle to airport (every 30 minutes).

The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport. I had emailed the hotel twice before my flight to confirm pickup time and location. There was no shuttle when I landed, and I had to call the hotel twice before the driver finally showed up.

It was very good experience, I was expecting a little room with just a bed in it because is near to the airport but it was very big and clean. I used to stay at other hotels always that I travel for business but I will now use the Courtyard

The hotel was really good, but the service from all the staff was great!
