The staff was polite and efficient in check in. The location was good. We found parking even coming in later then most who'd checked in already, so that was a relief.

It was a bit run down.

Comfortable and good location, great value.

Noisy road; no access to the lake.

The room was old and dated. There was urine stains on the boxspring from whatever dogs had been in there. The mattress was coil not foam and I woke up with my fingers tingling. Not comfortable. They need a new Amazon foam queen bed. However the place is Indian ran so it will be the same mattress for years to come.

Terrible

No breakfast offered. The bed was comfy.

There was popcorn near sofa floor, which we did not consume. This means it was not cleaned properly. The couch looked old & dirty. The coffee table had wood slits & there was clearly food partials inbetween. There was no decaf coffee available. And the banister to go up & down outside had heavy paint chips (old) wood splintering. Too much money for the quality. There was hot air entering the room, through the window next to the bed.
