Chase Suite Hotel Rocky Point Tampa

Had a great time. Location is good for spring training.

We are very pleased with the stay. Very friendly stay. Hotel was great, food was good and plenty. Too sad this hotel will be demolished around May time frame!!! Overall we give it 5 stars.

Had to change rooms twice due to roaches upon entering our room. It was midnight and impossible to find convenient accommodations at that time when we had an appointment at 8am

had a very pleasant four day stay. Myself and my daughter. Clean, straight to the point. Has free breakfast and a happy hour. That is free with wine and an appetizer. Hotel staff and shuttle driver were excellent. Perfect location. Definitely recommend.

It was a total great experience my trip was for business. My living experience was great Chase Suites is in a great location it was easy to find food, beach, shopping and entertainment. The water view was phenomenal.The property felt secure and the staff was courteous and friendly. In spite of small Renovations I would still come back.

It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath loft style, with a full kitchen, in a great location, for an excellent price. I definitely recommend if traveling in groups or family. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and touristic attractions (with car). I definitely recommend recommend, it was clean, and service was great as well.

what a nice little oasis out of the way of all the hubbub that is Tampa and surrounding area. you pull in and think you're amongst condos. but your'e not. these are all affordable hotel room for the night. after booking on a third party sight, i was greeted warmly and enthusiastically at the front desk. i was told about the breakfast and the Social Hour which was just minutes away. Music to my ears. the accomodations were lovely. thoroughly enjoyed my stay. thank you.

What a disappointment property is very out dated furniture is dilapidated and both bathroom tubs barely drain one blow dryer didn’t work and the other started smoking and stopped working a very musky odor in the room the upstairs AC tripped breaker when turned on and the mattress was over 10 years old according to labels.. and looked it as well.. I live local and stay somewhere different ever month 2-3 days giving a honest review this is the first time me and my wife left and went back to our own home they have space for 200 guest and a pool for 10 that is not handicap accessible the only positive I could find was the housekeeping staff even in the run down condition they kept it clean and had a positive attitude the owners need to invest in there property and take care of the staff …. It is what it is MKB Will be adding this to our monthly podcast

I thought it was great breakfast was ok value was ok the restaurants around the area was good. It is by the airport so that was a plus. It's closer to Clearwater which was nice for us.
