Chase Suite Hotel Rocky Point Tampa

Staff was great.

The only thing I like was how much space I had. The first room they put us in, the air conditioning didn't work. We had to be moved to another room. The rooms themselves were not of the highest quality. The tub creaked. There were stains on the walls. The paint job on the walls wasn't that good.

It was not so good I definitely don’t recommend it I’m never going back

It is clean but because everything is so old and outdated it probably looks dirtier than it actually is - friendly staff. Property as a whole needs updates

Super cute. We were very comfortable. There is a nice sitting area overlooking the water, a pool (we didn’t have time to use), and full kitchen in our room. Not easy to find- the sign is gone but after a couple u-turns, we made it. Check-in was easy. Bahama Breeze restaurant is a quick walk (& worth the visit!) & a little convenience store is also a quick walk. If in the area again, we would return.

Staff was very accommodating. It was my birthday every time they see me they celebrate it.

Location was great

I love this place. It was great and it was essentially located between Tampa and Clearwater. It also is only 3 miles from the airport, but you’re not in the airport district. We had a nice view with the water. The only thing I could say about it is that we have the king size suite or the king bed suite and the TV is so far away on the wall that the remote from the bed was not working You had to either be sitting on the couch and the TVs a 30 inch maybe we could use a bigger TV

Checking in was good the lady at front desk very friendly.
