Floor in room was not level...had several low spots that "sunk" when stepped on. TV didn't work. Called front desk to ask about TV. Was told they'd be there in 5-10 minutes. Had to call back an hour later to finally get it fixed. Seemed to be only 1 person working there, unless that guy had a 16 hour shift.

The room had a musty pet smell, the bed lines had an off odor and the AC did not work properly. Not a great place to stay.
