SureStay Hotel by Best Western Manchester

There were bedbugs in the room and management refused to refund our night’s stay. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night! Management didn’t even seem surprised by it!

Great location and value.

Nothing at all.

Not much to choose from, and nothing hot. Location was handy to the interstate and walkable to Walmart, etc.

Room had a bad smell. Dead bugs on the floor, broken lamp, broken towel rack, one exit door was not operable, broken grab bar in shower with rusty screws exposed, and there was an attendant at the front desk, and the whole place was dirty. It was so bad that we left and found another motel, even though we could not get a refund.

I liked the location. The grass we long, there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot but especially by the doors. The bathrooms were sort of clean, towels were scarce, the tub didn’t drain for the shower, the door to our refrigerator didn't open all the way.

The bed was comfy

It smelled foul. The bathtub didn't drain so we couldn't shower and the breakfast was awful

The staff were very nice. The outside needs to be updated, side door fixed.
