The Estate Yountville

I stayed at Estate Yountville for two nights with my husband for our anniversary. I left my brand new $400 ivory cardigan that my husband gifted me on the trip on the bed before checkout. The bellhop did not retrieve it with our luggage and the cleaners never reported it. I called the day after checkout to ask if they would send it to me, and the front desk said there was “nothing in the notes about it”. I called a second time later that day, and the front desk brushed me off again. I am completely certain that I left my cardigan in the room. It is such bad form for an establishment at this price point to have a piece of clothing simply disappear like this with less than no concern and no callback. I’ll look to stay at a more honest resort on my next Yountville trip.

Beautiful property with very attentive service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. The location is great for walking to local restaurants and driving to the vineyards.

I have stayed at many places in the Napa Valley and this truly is the mecca. Not only is the location amazing, but the staff, the walkability to all the places around, and the use of e-bikes are all top notch. This place should be ground zero for anyone that wants a luxurious stay in the valley. Cannot think of a way it could be topped.

시설도 좋고 하루 또는 이틀 쉬기는 아주 좋은 곳 입니다 아침 조식도 매우 만족 합니다. 또한 직원 분들이 상당히 친절합니다.

방 가격이 너무 높음. 바로 뒤에 국도 차로 라 밤에 소음이 좀 있음.
