The juice machine breakfast didn't work. They literally had a bagel and a muffin to choose from. The hallways and stairwell was disgusting. The elevator looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week. The place stunk. Thank God the room didn't stink. If it wasn't so late at night I wouldn't have stayed. This place should be a shamed of it's self

The beds were comfy.

There were roaches in our room. There were black hairs on a washcloth I picked up off the shelf. There were brown marks on a fresh towel, and our comforter had brown spots on it as well.

Many things required maintenance.

Broken elevators, broken washer and dryers, Leaky bathroom

The clerk was amazing. She went the extra mile to help us move to our rooms.

Room was not as advertised. We were told there would be king beds in the room and it was only a double.. Just a detail.

Building was falling apart and had tiles hanging, plastic peeling from the toilets, and the smell was terrible. The staff was rude when I checked in and bragged that they were about to cancel my reservation even though I literally called 6 hours prior and let them know in advance.

Could have looked better, been cleaner, smelt better and the staff could have been nicer.
