Econo Lodge Cocoa Beach - near the Port

Furniture very dirty. The bathroom needs to be totally renovated. We were in 2 units and both the same.

The place is dated and needs refurbishing, aside from that the room had roaches, and the sheets were stained. There was a hotrible smell, possibly urine. I told front desk about roaches and showed hom the pictures and he checked for himself, though he was nice offered no solutions. Overall the hotel is a conplete disgrace. Do not recommend this to anyone.

The value, location, staff and size of room

The room was dirty, had roaches crawling on the walls, the toilet say nearly on the floor, the bathroom sink had rust and mold in it. There was roaches crawling in the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the room hadn't been dusted ever.

Clean but a bit worn.

Average property. I was only there for 1 Night. There's nothing to do for me in Cocos Beach.

We were very happy with our stay the night before our cruise. Perfect location for a cruise nignt. Super clean and staff was terrific!

To costly for what you get.

Good stay! Staff were very friendly and the pool was great as well!

It was reasonably cheap

Room smelled, door didn’t seal (gaps all the way around it) lower part of toilet on the outside was dirty!
