Econo Lodge Cocoa Beach - near the Port

Superb customer service!

not fit to be a Motel !. we booked this hotel two days before our cruise , a Chiose Brand Hotel so we trusted the Brand , wrong ! our first impression was the smell of Pot very strong we wanted to enjoy the start of our vacation , we entered the front door of the motel and it was run down but unfortunately not aware of the next step a man came in from a black dark out windows this were the pot Smells were coming from! red flag, we got our room key we were on the second floor witch was ok but the parking lot was not very promising scary, we came into the room Very run down curtain was a little off the track , it looked dark and not inviting, we would have left at this time but we were tired and new it would be one night ! well the bathroom was not keeped up the paint was coming off the walls old fixtures not good at all they had a small kitchen-et we looked in but it was so bad we just we just didn't want to go in ! this motel should not be open, we checked for bed bugs thankfully their were none! bed was very uncomfortable I was almost afraid to fall asleep , we would have left that night but the Cruise port area was very busy, I think that the Management is just in this for the money ! they show that they are into this for thier customers ! please do not stay here , let us be your worning !!!. we tried to reverse our credit card but the company said that this was a independent owned we got point for the room but no refund ! if I could give this property a - score I would give it a -10 ! stay clear of this Motel. thank you

Just needed a place to stay while my husband attended PowerPoint races. No frills, very compact room. Very clean. Pool was immaculate. Price was very high, I think due to an event

Good hotel at a fair price. Centrally located for the places we visit.

Nice and clean. Dining, shopping, and beach access nearby. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

The door to the room did not properly shut. Light shined in the room all night. Poor quality towels.

When we arrived the room was poorly maintained and had a musty moldy odor. It was so bad my wife wouldnt stay and we went down the street to the Hilton beach front for anout $60 more. The manager at The Econo Losge refused to issue a refund when we told them we were unsatisfied with the condition of the room. And did not want to stay. We told them within minutes of arriving and inspecting the room. Expedia customer service called them also and they refused to authorize a refund. Despite them refusing the refund we didnt stay. The room was that bad. And we paid again at the Hilton down the street. The Hilton for $60 more was 5 star, beach front, resurants, tiki bar and gril 10,000 percent better for a little more. Had they issued a refund when we told them we weren't satisfied with the room and didnt want to stay i would not even bothered to write this review. So its not just about the room condition its about the staffs customer service as well.

The room was nasty only stayed because we had already paid and didn’t want to deal with a refund!!! The bathroom had mold on the walls it had the worst smell had to go buy spray to even stay in!!! No iron in room!!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!
