The rooms were clean.The booking the room was excellent.

Need more breakfast foods to offer..choices of fruit. Overall foods served were good regarding taste. I joined the Choice Rewards. Staff could not help or use my information to help with Reward points. I needed verification to even access the member ID. I was unsuccessful with showing member to use towards my account or stay. Staff was courteous when I che ked in for my reservation. Overall good hotel.

The property was easily accessible off the interstate. Check in was easy, staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Very outdated. Loud AC/Heating units. The hallway of floor we stayed on reeked of marijuana.

1st I’ll start with we are gold members. Now used 15,000 points for an overnight at your Cartersville,Ga location, put us in a room on 3rd floor with a refrigerator that whined loudly al nite long! And no curtains, there was a shade but no black out curtains and we were placed right where all the neon light signs were outside our window. It seems everytime we use our points we are placed in one of the worst rooms available. And by the way ……… they were far from being full. Their breakfast has become uneditable. posting a picture of window, but it would not allow the video of the extremely loud noise. The refrigerator made all night long.!
