"I was very disapointed and I hope and pray I don"t bring home any cockroaches."

Cockroaches in our room and they only gave us one set of towels and when we asked for another set they made the comment of only having one bed...Hello we had to show two drivers licence. The ice machine was broken and we were only allotted 2 pillows. They would only wash the one wash cloth and told they had no more pillows. My mother is disabled and I had to buy pillows to prop her up. I will not stay there again. My mother is changing our reservations in Sidney to another Hotel as we can not trust this franchise.

"It was uncomfortable and scary."

Nothing

People lived there and we were not informed. People were drinking out on the Property and walking around. Didn’t feel safe. We should’ve gotten reimbursed for that.
