"the worst! It be very hard to "floor"(not top) this place!"

Location is the only positive experience that I encountered staying at your property

Everything - attempt to rent me a room with a torn up bathtub (safety, dirty) nO AC in another room charge pool view for rooms that have absolutely no view access to the property pool ...and need I gO on?

We checked in, he put us in a downstairs floor bec I have an elderly woman traveling with me.. when we walked in the door, the door lock was broken, security lock was broken, when I walked around the corner there were roaches on the walls and in the tub. I have pictures, that was horrible. We asked for a different room and the response we got was "what do you expect for a 60 dollar room, but the other side is better". What?! You knew and put us in there anyways?! And think that's ok. I wouldn't put ANYONE in a room that was infested and unsafe. Horrible business practice

The whole place was infested with cockroaches. They were in the toilet. They were in the bathtub. They were in the sink, they were in the beds, they were on the walls They were everywhere.
