Overall everything was good and mostly as expected. Location was excellent and convenient to everything and if not, then only a bus ride away. The apartment was comfortable in general and had all we needed. The building had security and we felt safe at all times. The apartment admin. contact was very attentive to all enquiries.

Unfortunately unless we showered in the morning there was never any hot water in the afternoons and evenings. The balcony door did not open and we did not want to force it to the degree it required. Fresh air occasionally would have been nice to have.

Parking was the cheapest out of alll the parking places in WAIKIKI. Elevators, lights, air conditioning worked perfectly

Construction during our stay but we were out of the property most of the day so it was okay
