No lift - difficulty getting suitcases up to higher floors.

Sehr schönes Appartment (hell und groß genug) Gut ausgestattet und sehr gute, zentrale Lage Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die einem viele Tipps geben Schöner, großer Pool im Innenhof Garage mit Parkplatz

Es könnte teilweise etwas sauberer geputzt werden (aber das ist Beschweren auf hohem Niveau)

When I asked for another frypan as it was no longer non-stick and scratched, Will straight away found another one for me to use. The place is about a 10 minute walk from the Cairns Civic Mall, where there are two supermarkets and a food hall. Across the road there are a couple of eating places and a Dominos Pizza.

The cooking facilities. There needed to be some sort of range hood as the smell of cooking seemed to stay in the room. Also the elements needed a good clean and the pots and pans etc were rather gross.

The hosts were very friendly, accomodating and quick to reply. The apartment was very spacious and on a great location, easy to walk everywhere. Highly recommend it for families.

It was very dirty. There was a layer of dust over everything, the floor was dirty, there were heaps of hairs left in the shower, there were artificial nails left inside a bedside drawer.. it was simply gross. This might have been because we begged for an earlier check-in ( we flew in on a red eye) and so they had 2 hours to clean, instead of 4hours… So my recommendation is - don’t ask for early check-in, it’s not worth it. I would have rather struggled outside for another 2 hours with the kids than stay in a disgusting a apartment for a week. Learned my lesson
