City Terraces Cairns

Convenient to the airport, spacious and the pool was an added bonus.

The kitchen facilities were fantastic. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The table and chairs were very nice. The sofa was reasonably comfortable. The outdoor furniture very nice.

The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. The taps on the basin needed a good scrub around the bases. The bath was very dirty. We could not walk in bare feet in the unit. Our feet were black underneath immediately. I washed the floors twice. However, this made no difference whatsoever. They need a good old-fashioned scrub.

City terraces has a lot to offer and is a good value. Central location makes walking to beach, restaurants, and shopping easy. The manager is friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. Upkeep and deep cleaning (bathroom tile, grout, and exhaust vents), could be improved. The lack of a firm smoking policy meant I couldn't always use my balcony due to smokers outside. Overall I would stay here again because it has so much to offer.

Well located, convenient, clean, great aircon and amenities. Everything you need when travelling with family .

Stairs to top levels were hard with luggage.

We loved that they had bikes for us to use whilst we stayed, it made getting around town very easy. They also try and recycle as much as possible

The room apartment was huge and nice . And it closed to all shops in the city .
