"Cheap, clean, easy :)"

A good base in Sapa to stay either side of exploring deeper into the valley. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfy. They gave us bananas on our first stay.

"Very attentive and caring hosts and a very nice place at an incredible price!"

A very central homestay with super nice and attentive hosts. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. We even could do check in a little earlier! WiFi works well, and they also do the laundry! I definitely recommend it :)

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts are unbelievable kind and even let us shower before our night bus left. They provided us with extra bottled waters and some biscuits. The room was big enough and perfectly clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big as well.

The room was located on a busy street so it was a bit noisy during night, but earplugs easily fixed that.

"Superb"

Everything was perfect. The host family was very friendly and ready to help with anything you might need. The room had everything we needed and it was very spacious as well as the bathroom. I can only recommend.

The location is right on the busy streeet so keep that in mind. No breakfast option.

"Excellent"

Great location and room was very spacious. It had heating which was great as it was cold when we visited. Beds were very comfy and we had a little balcony with a great views of the mountains when it wasn’t foggy. Highly recommend. Staff were really helpful

The location was great, the family very attentive, they booked my bus to Hanoi, I was also able to do my laundry. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!

"Best staff ever - Incredible homestay"

The best staff ever! They gave us early check-in at 3am, late check out at 3pm and let us change room at our request. All for free!!! They asked us every day if we wanted anything like water, toiletpaper and so on. Can't recommend this homestay enough! For the price and location you won't find anything better than this!

When we checked in the room had an earthy/moldy/humid scent which made it uncomfortable to be in the room. When we addressed this to the staff we were immediately given the rooms to another room - a room upgrade, where there was no such problem as described above :)
