The people who run this are very professional and helpful. They are nice and provide you support during the stay. The room is located at an excellent location.

The room has a big bathroom, hot water (boiler that heats up fast), AC to cool or heat, very soft beds for Vietnam and is very clean. The hosts are nice and helped us organise a bus to Ha Giang.

Had a great stay here, booked for 3, stayed 9. Just wanted somewhere central, cheap & a nice clean well decorated room with a comfy bed. Found it here so can Def recommend. Owners are lovely too. Also 50m away they serve street food until 2am which is useful. I recommend the balcony rooms with view of the mountains

The owners were so nice. It was a good price for a private room and bathroom. They even gave me water and snacks before heading off on my journey.

There was some mold in the bathroom. Next to a busy intersection, so can be kind of loud

The owner very friendly, helpfull, let us check in earlier and check out late. It was very good because we used night bus. The accommodation clean, bed very comfortable

We like it

The property is right in the city center, very close to everything you might need. Rooms and commons are clean and spacious. Staff is extremely kind and available to help. You can do laundry. Very good place for the amount of money you spend.

The hot water in the shower was not working during our 1-night stay but we didn’t bother much, we were fine with showering at normal water temperature.
