Please read the reviews before booking this hotel. Its definitely not a four star, more a two star, very tired and old. Plaster coming off walls, limescale around tap in bathroom and spots of mould around bath seal. Food repetitive and basic for lunch and dinner and very limited snacks. Ate out a lot of the time which totally defeats the object of paying for all inclusive. Children can't play with balls or use lilo in the pool....very restricted for fun. So many young boys coming back noisily in early hours I thought we may have mistakenly booked an 18 to 30 holiday. What is also not mentioned is that the hotel is also a youth camp for 16 to 19 year olds who run around corridoes banging doors and jumping over balconies. Very disappointed and will never stay here again, please don't waste your money

Family of 3 Wouldn’t advise any family ,couple’s to book this hotel stayed all inclusive food was basic drinks was 10am - 11pm had to pay after then, water wasn’t included in all inclusive either had to hire a fridge for the week to put water in what we bought ourselves States ice cream’s for children was available 10-6 everyday that isn’t the case they was only available meal times had to pay if kids wanted them . Sleeping was horrendous groups of young kids running down corridors shouting, banging on doors , shouting across balconies we called security up to show him what we had to listen too Entertainment for an all inclusive hotel was very poor Would never stay here again

This hotel is the worst ive ever stayed in. I went all inclusive and they made me pay for drinks. And a membe of staff shouted me in the night because i was walking to my room.

Worst all inclusive hotel we have stayed at! DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel up most nights with young groups been loud and banging on the doors, entertainment was rubbish for an all inclusive,all inclusive drinks finished at 11 had to pay after that,it states ice cream for kids were free from 10.00 till 18.00 that was not the case as when we asked the staff said it was just meal times from the restaurant,food was basic but not to bad,would not stay here again came as a family with 12 & 15 year old,have to hire a fridge for your room which we did for waters but not everyone could as there wasn't enough,the beds felt a bit unstable metal legs,paid for all inclusive but spent few nights out in the town waste of money

Absolutely Terrible Hotel – Do Not Waste Your Money We booked our stay at htop Royal Star & Spa through TUI, expecting a relaxing and comfortable vacation. What we got was the complete opposite. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was chaotic, filled with drunk teenagers running around the halls at night, screaming, banging on doors, and making it impossible to sleep. We had to call Securitas almost every night—sometimes several times a night—just to get some peace. It felt more like a party hostel than a four-star hotel. The food was awful. Tasteless, low quality, and clearly reused—dinner often seemed like leftovers from lunch thrown together. I even saw bugs crawling on the bread, which was absolutely disgusting. The room cleaning was poor, and the whole place lacked proper hygiene. We paid for all-inclusive, but many things weren’t included after all, which was misleading. Having stayed at several all-inclusive resorts before, this one was by far the worst. Despite being listed as a four-star hotel, I would barely give it two. TUI should not promote this place as a quality option. It is absolutely not worth the money, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Avoid htop Royal Star & Spa – it was a complete disappointment from start to finish.

Basic rooms with no fridge – not even cold water available in the room. We had to go to the store or use a coin machine in the lobby to get water. The all-inclusive food was bland and repetitive – same blood sausage, chicken, and fish every day. No spices, no variety. All-inclusive ended at 11 PM – after that, you had to pay for everything. The bar gave the kids lukewarm tap water, and I had to pay for them to open a bottle of cold water. We ended up eating and drinking outside instead – the hotel drinks tasted like flat Sodastream. There’s more to complain about, but honestly, I don’t even have the energy to write it all. The only real highlight was the cleaning staff – they kept the rooms spotless every day and deserve credit for that. My honest recommendation: choose a different hotel.
