Muy buen servicio

Brilliant stay at this Hotel. We attended with a touring rugby group. The hotel is clean and amenities reasonable. We had the all inclusive package. Food was good and plentiful. Lots of drinks available in the package. Pool and area was good size and clean. Bar staff helpful. Location is great. About 10/15 min walk from the beach. Really was a pleasure. Thank you!

El precio bastante asequible, alrededor de 160€ por dos noches en finde. Muy amable Anastasia,la recepcionista que nos ha atendido. Muy amable y profesional solucionando cualquier duda o pregunta. Las camas demasiado duras y la almohada nada confortable,me he despertado con dolor de cuello y espalda. Ni el jacuzzi pudo solucionar el dolor que tenía. El spa bastante bien ya que va incluido en el precio del alojamiento.

Buffet restaurant très médiocre, ce dégrade d'année en année ! Pas de collation dans l'après midi qui devait être proposé dans le prix, et bien sûr payé pour ce sevice.

Hotel itself was okay, staff friendly. Our room was clean. But the food was honestly vile. The queues were enormous for unpleasant food with little variation. How to operate the drinks machines was never told to us and we always saw others struggling with it as well. Pools were nice but the lounge chairs were extremely uncomfortable!! We found ourselves going to reception multiple times for different inquiries because we were given very little info about the hotel and its amenities. Only found out from wandering into somewhere on our last day about the indoor pool which was very disappointing. Hotel overall was bang average at best and not worth the price. Also the staff at night were much less pleasant than the day staff.. you chose to work at night don’t take it out on the guests! Overall food made us miss home by the 2nd day of our week stay, and despite being all inclusive found ourselves eating out to feed ourselves an acceptable meal. Hotel in my opinion is not worth the money.

Je déconseille l'hôtel en famille j'ai passé avec mes enfants deux nuits horribles des crises jusqu'à 3 heure du matin impossible de fermer l'œil des groupes de jeunes surexcités partout. Nous étions trois prévu dans la chambre, le lit de ma fille n'a était fait. Sol sale odeur désagréable dans les sanitaires. Le spa pris d'assaut par un groupes de personnese à 6 dans un spa prévu pour 4. Impossible de les faire sortir avec des tenues pas très hygiénique. J'ai demandé une facture avec mon nom et le nom de mes enfants de la totalité du séjour impossible de l'avoir c'est la réponse de la réceptionniste. Bon bref je ne retournerai pas je trouve que les 300 euro pr deux nuits très chères alors que mes enfants n'ont pas pu fermer l'œil là nuit.

Hotel room is clean and beds are comfy, walls a bit thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. Food was good but choice limited, indoor pool was amazing and we had a blast in there. Staff really kind and helpful. Location is good as well just a short walk away from lots to do.

I really was disappointed with this hotel, I should have realised that all the hotel reviews ring true but having being a holiday rep myself , I thought I would give the hotel the benefit. Food was below substandard, the concoctions of food we were met with were bazaar at times . And it was very fish and pork focused. The hot breakfast choice was repetitive and limited. The food was cold every meal , good job they have a microwave. Limited choice for children . Staff in the restaurant were not friendly too. The hotel was really loud on a night which made it difficult when having a child and you can hear everything in the room, from all over the hotel. Big groups of children running around shouting screaming.. I don’t know if it had a football tournament nearby and they had booked rooms. The hotel is very dated including rooms . They wasn’t much going off in the hotel too. So we hardly were in the hotel . We even booked a night stay in Barcelona, missing two days. I would not recommend booking this hotel . this is a negative review because it was a negative experience.

Very disappointed. When booking the Holiday I was advised that air conditioning would be available however the Hotel decided to switch it off at the beginning of October which left our room too hot to sleep in and despite my objections they would not change on the basis that it cools down a lot in October (26 degrees?) The breakfast was well below expectations for a 4 star Hotel . The Hot food on offer was cold (Sausage ,baked beans ,Black pudding not fully cooked )and we had to go out for breakfast to local restaurants Rooms were very basic and in need of decoration and no fridge (which I had to hire and pay for ) I have stayed in many 4 star hotels who provide this .Also no tea of coffee facilities in the room .No table in balcony . This Hotel should not be rated 4 star as they are not providing the same level of service in comparison to many 4 star hotels I have been in.
