htop Royal Star & SPA

Me & my brother in law chose this hotel the HTop palm beach because it looked perfect you see my sister passed away in November 2023 all of a sudden we wasn't expecting it so to try and take a break from it all we thought about going to spain via just go travel it was the worst thing we ever did from start to finish : if you like pork and salads you will be fine if not then book a different hotel every night out of 9 items on the menu 7 out of the 9 was PORK related example ( Pork stir fry/ Pork spare rib/Pork casserole/Pork paella/Pork spaghetti bolanaisePork burgers plus 1 night we had chicken sti fry the chicken had been cooked already and put a side then if you wanted that they kept putting the chicken in/out of the wok we sat opposite and saw it all and another night it said Turkey when it was yes Pork! We even saw the Hotel manager say marrea useing his fingers to eat some of the food 😳 so we was not impressed with the tour at all we will not go with justgo travel or use the HTop hotel chains again score out of 100 had to give it ZERO

Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters

Todo perfecto, solo problemas con el aire de la habitación,

SO loud. The walls are thin and it was a 24/7 party on the pool deck. I am a heavy sleeper and woke up multiple times

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, il cibo variegato e buono ,ottimo per tutti i gusti. Ci sono però anche alcune pecche:in un hotel 4 stelle non si può trovare la vasca con la ruggine inoltre la mancanza dello scopino è inaccettabile .Gruppi di ragazzi che nella notte fanno molta confusione ,non troppo adatto alle famiglie nonostante la piscina era abbastanza silenziosa.

Avoid this hotel full of youngsters who party all night running up and down the corridors and playing music at 5am Definitely not recommended if you value your sleep

Hotel is nice but not a 4 star, staff are friendly and the food was decent, but the facilities not great the pool is not very big and they do not have enough loungers or umbrellas, only opened one bar in the begining of August and the clientèle is not family friendly as there was more 18 to 20s getting wasted and running round the hotel screaming and banging doors and fighting with each other. Security sometimes tried to no avail and we even threatened the hotel with involving the police which did make them push a little harder.
