Very comfortable, spacious suite, accommodating for pet, thank you! Nice breakfast.

Air conditioner worked well, but was somewhat noisy for sleeping. Sounded like heavy traffic outside the window all night long.

Size of room, location, very clean

Very noisy. You heard every door slam upstairs walking around. Front desk was horrible. I was locked out/ key card not working and the person behind the desk would not briefly stop what she was doing. Instead she made me a wait 30 minutes. This was at 7-8 pm and it was inexcusable. She could care less, like a robot.
