location, staff, cleanliness, pet friendly

Only one luggage cart. We have often had to wait for long periods for the one cart to be available. On one visit it had a flat tire and couldn't be fixed with no backup plan.

"The island suites is a great place to stay!"

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Parking was our only issue because we had a truck and a 27โ€™ boat. It was a little rough getting in and out of the parking spots.
