Limpieza y el buen trato del personal del bar piscina y recepción.

Considero que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas por varias cosas: en las habitaciones vasos de plástico, puertas y demás se notan desgastadas por el tiempo, en general las instalaciones corresponden a una categoría inferior.

Только местоположение

Отель очень разочаровал. До этого я не встречала, что за холодильник в номере надо платить и видимо за мусорник тоже, так как ни холодильника, ни мусорника в номере не было, только на а отдельную плату в размере 4 евро в сутки. Много путешествую, но такое встречаю впервые! Ну что сказать, отелю удалось меня удивить!

Hotel vicino al mare, ma abbastanza distante dal centro città. E' una struttura molto grande e quindi ci sono assemblamenti nelle zone comuni specialmente alla piscina e al ristorante. Comunque questa è una situazione piuttosto normale in una città così affollata come Lloret de Mar.

La ristorazione come logistica lascia a desiderare: essendo un hotel molto grande sarebbe opportuno dividere in fasce almeno la cena dato che arrivando tutti assieme è molto caotico e ci sono lunghe attese, soprattutto per i cibi che vengono cotti al momento. Il cibo è buono e di qualità, anche se un po' ripetitivo soprattutto verdure e dolci.
