Zonar Zagreb by Maistra City Vibes

We stayed at Zonar Zagreb for one night and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and offers beautiful views over the city. Our room was comfortable, well maintained, and designed with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbours during the night and did not get much sleep. However, after we reported the issue, the staff handled the situation professionally and kindly. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food, excellent coffee, and plenty of healthy options. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooftop area is fantastic. The panoramic pool is beautiful, very clean, pleasantly heated, and offers a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of Zagreb. We especially enjoyed how peaceful it was during our visit. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special thank you to Mirna at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is modern and vibrant. Despite the issue with noisy neighbours, the way the hotel responded showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We would happily stay here again and would recommend Zonar Zagreb to anyone visiting the city.

Recepcija i konobari u baru su jedino sto je ovdje bilo da kažem ok

To sto voditelj hotela Bojan tjera goste hotela sa bazena kao nekakav izbacivač u nekom lošem klubu. Prilikom odabira hotela i plaćanja jasno se vidi da gost hotela dobiva i bazen na korištenje ,da bi prilikom dolaska u hotel moje dvije prijateljice od tog “voditelja” hotela bile izbačene na vrlo neprimjeren način .Umjesto da se izvini gostima hotela sto je mogu koristiti nešto sto su platili on je još drzak u bezobrazan.Ukratko u taj hotel ne idem jer nam je kreten pokvario vikend.

Nije mi se svidjelo da kad nešto platite da vam to ne daju da koristite kada dosjete u hotel,došli prvenstveno zbog bazena sa kojeg su moje dvije prijateljice iz Slovenije izbačeno bahato i bezobrazno od strane nekog voditelja Bojana koji je neku privatnu gay zurku organizirao na tom bazenu ,nemam ništa protiv gay populacije ali protiv bahatih u drskih voditelja kao sto je Bojan ,povraća mi se i nikada vise u taj hotel neću ući …
